PHARMACOVIGILANCE
- We are responsible for the safety of the medicines we manufacture. If something went wrong after you took one of our medicines, please tell us.
- It takes a few minutes and helps make treatment safer for other people.
If the condition is life-threatening
Seek medical help immediately: 103 (Ukraine).
Report deaths or life-threatening conditions to us by phone, without filling in the form:
+380 67 572-78-82 — 24/7
If you feel worse after taking a medicine
If you feel unwell right now, see a doctor or call an ambulance. That matters more than the report.
When your condition allows, tell us what happened. You do not need to know the medical terms or prove that the medicine is to blame. It is enough to describe in your own words which medicine you took and what you felt.
Healthcare professionals: report form 137/o (in Ukrainian only — a form of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine).
What is worth reporting
- You felt worse after taking a medicine
- The medicine did not help or did not work as expected
- You took more than you should — by accident or on purpose
- You took it together with other medicines and felt worse
- You took it during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Something is wrong with the pack or the medicine itself
Not sure whether your case qualifies? Report it. We will look into it.
What you will need
- The name of the medicine (copy it from the pack)
- When you started taking it and when the complaints appeared
- What exactly you felt
- What other medicines you were taking at the same time
If you do not remember something, that is fine — send what you have.
